It'd be really helpful to additionally / optionally show the absolute / real time somewhere in the highlighted box. The relative session duration is not always enough.

From what I can tell, the absolute time is only exposed in the detailed event sidebar.

We've added the "Show Absolute Time" setting which you can turn on in the Player Settings. When this is turned on, you can see the absolute time while hovering over the timeline.

Let me know if you'd like to see the absolute time anywhere else.

Hey, sorry to surface this again, but is there any chance we could get the "current absolute time" somewhere in the player? I'm really finding almost no value in these relative times.

Nick Amoscato: No problems! We're deploying these changes now:

Show the absolute time in the player time
Show the absolute time on all the events

These are enabled when you have the "Show Absolute Time" setting enabled.
